Don Marshall founded Eagle Energy in 2001. Don has thirty-one years of regulatory experience in electric, natural gas and telephone issues. As Vice-president at The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, Don presented expert testimony before several state regulatory agencies on various topics including management policy and practices, rate design, revenue requirements, alternative regulation and cost-of-service. Don served on several national regulatory committees. Don has an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters degree from Xavier University.

Jim Macenko has thirty-five years of experience in natural gas and electric matters. Jim was a manager in the marketing and governmental affairs areas of The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company. During his career, Jim influenced several pieces of major legislation based on his knowledge of regulation. Jim has an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Dick Lonneman has thirty-seven years of experience in electric and natural gas matters. As a manager at The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, Dick presented expert testimony before several state regulatory agencies on a variety of topics including revenue requirements, working capital and cost-of-service. Dick has an undergraduate and a Masters degree from Xavier University. During his career, Dick was a Certified Public Accountant.
